The Aboriginal Youth Engagement Strategy (YES) is a youth-led initiative that empowers young people across BC to get to know our mainstream political system and get involved!

Aboriginal youth are BC’s fastest growing population group, and have an especially important voice in the province, and country.

YES is a youth platform to share and strengthen the voices of Aboriginal youth within BC’s Friendship Centre Movement, through:

• Youth specific social media and networking site
• Political engagement training [TBD]
• Youth-created educational videos [TBD]
• Local youth council involvement and activities [TBD]
