The BC Friendship Centre Civic Engagement Campaign aims to establish an Urban Aboriginal Strategy (BC UAS) for more than two-thirds of the Aboriginal population who are living off-reserve in British Columbia. The BC UAS will be supported through a long-term, $3.1 million annualized investment in Friendship Centres throughout the province, the largest social infrastructure network for BC’s urban Aboriginal community.
