Located downtown Victoria BC, the BCAAFC is the umbrella association for 24 Friendship Centres throughout the Province of British Columbia. Friendship Centres provide a number of quality services to the Aboriginal communities located in an urban setting.

Programs which the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC) administer through their provincial office include:

  • AFCP (Aboriginal Friendship Centre Program)
  • First Citizens Fund (Student Bursareries, Elders Transportation Assistance and Program Directors)
  • Gathering our Voices: Provincial Aboriginal Youth Conference
  • UMAYC (Urban Multipurpose Aboriginil Youth Centres)

The BCAAFC works with their local Friendship Centres (24), as well as other Aboriginal Organizations to help deliver this programs which promote the betterment of Friendship Centres and Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people in the province of British Columbia.
